Actually I do too, just not better than a fine marbled steak. Use it on or in hamburger.
I look at it like just another seasoning. I don't cook my steaks with no seasoning and nobody gets upset about putting a little salt, cracked black pepper or maybe some garlic on a steak. Actually I use Emeril's Essence on steaks usually. I find it's got a good mix of spices in it. Like the Frank's Red Hot commercials say, "I put that **** on everything." :):

Seasoning should complement or enhance flavor. Steak sauce overwhelms it. :puke:

So tell me where this goes wrong.

I take a baking sheet that I used to bake a pound of bacon covered in baconny goodness, then I toss Brussels sprouts halves and chopped onion in the bacon grease, salt and pepper and an optional is add a little maple syrup, it sweetens them and adds nice flavor and caramelization. (Drain all but about 2 tablespoons of grease)

Roast at 400 until tender. Great with a salty steak…
    That right there.

How long did that forum last?
It held on for a while. We referred to it as the land of the banned. Mainly banned members from Ingo populated it.
I was a member in stealth just to keep an eye on it.
The forum failed for a few reasons one being the lack of proper moderation and I know I am gonna get popped for that statement. The site owner fell ill. He attempted to sell it to Fenway but Mike thought better of it.
They still have an active FB page last I looked.
A lot of angry people over there.
