A lot of influences can do that. Around the time of the election, I was hell on wheels. Due to COVID my doctor had a devil of a time getting test results, consequently relying on trial and error let an infection get out of hand and painful to the point the pain had me in a less than rational frame of mind. I am surprised I didn't get banned.

I wasn't trying. The understanding I have with my doctors is that describing pain on the 1-10 scale is such that I don't claim 10 as it represents being beyond rational thought if not passed out. I was there that night.

Incidentally I owe you a great deal of gratitude. Had you not appealed to the last few crumbs of rational thought I had, I was about to resume driving the semi. After more than the recommended amount of alleve brought me back to reasonable thought I was hit hard with the realization I may well have killed myself or someone else had you not got my attention as you did. I appreciate that very much.
