    Did you account for the humidity? Air density will play into the speed of the tire as well. Air pollution? Is the tire fully inflated?

    I suspect it was going fast enough to know the guy cold and caused serious injury.

    Depends where the sun is in the sky, and wind speed could change it also, if it’s pushing it or head on, and if it was a full moon the night before, etc etc.
