Well said David. You certainly have a way with words. I was just going to simply say that there was no provision to check and see if the person truly IS a legal citizen.
I still think that there's no place to be discussing this
in the first place! There are far greater issues to be worrying about than Healthcare and not enough time to discuss it.
If they pass this crap, I hope no American follows this law. Not one. That will be the greatest form of revolt.
