I'll take the liberty of answering even though the question was directed to someone else. I don't like the P-01 for a carry gun because of the bulk added by the lower rail. There is a functionally similar CZ 75 compact called the CZ 75 D, for Decocker, that is essentially the same gun but without the lower rail. Both the P-01 and the 75-D are alloy frame guns with steel slides.

I have a bunch of the CZ 75 variants and love them. They are accurate and reliable and shoot great.

I'm looking at the Top Gun Supply deal right now. Need to confirm with an FFL tomorrow in the Indianapolis and I'll be "pulling the trigger" on that deal.

Now, what I'd really love is to find a similar great deal on the P-06 (same gun but in 40S&W)...

**Update 3/11 ** Ordered the P-01 today. Thanks to Indy Gunworks LLC for being my FFL dealer to handle the transfer.

Have been a little work to mine. Grip eduction, finger grooves gone and polishing and rounded trigger guard . Still a work in progress. Shot it last night and the improvements helped my shooting. Jim
