The plan has been in the works for a while.
The website they are saying to go to for more info is quite specific - jewishrallyforabortionjustice.org . Surprise - it was registered on 4/18/22. Almost like someone knew a leak regarding the decision was in the works.

At what point does this all lead to terrorism charges?

There are now groups and people openly threatening the court because they didn’t get their way and clearly whomever leaked the document had this in mind when they leaked it.

Like it or not the Jan 6 events kinda set a precedent for how this type of thing is handled.
Should be handled but that all depends on which side you're on. We've watched BLM and AntiFa burning American cities for a decade and I haven't seen a single rioter brought up on charges.

Imagine, if you will, a central state constrained to those powers delegated to it by sovereign states.

Imagine further, sovereign states constrained to those powers delegated to them by sovereign individuals.

Imagine even further, the individual right for one to be left alone.

Let's say what is in the leaked draft becomes the final opinion, which is NOT banning Abortion, it is to let each individual state to decide what they want to do with abortion.

    Can we agree on that?

Now, what do you expect the super Republican majority in the state of Indiana, what the governor and the legislators gonna do, realistically?

No. but only because the pro choicers want to scream and yell that this is an outright federal ban and ignore facts. (per their usual MO)

Whomever leaked this knew exactly what it would lead to and intentionally did it to incite civil unrest. Period.
If any conservative justice dies - by any means - in the next 6 weeks, there is at least a decent chance overturning RvW does not happen.

But if they waited until June for it to be announced...it's a done deal.

Given that, it's a wonder it took this long to leak. I'm surprised it wasn't done weeks ago. This is the Left's only remaining chance to affect the outcome.

Do you think anything will change?
Knowing (assuming) that this is one of multiple opinions, I wont even begin to speculate which way this will go.

But anything short of "my body my choice" (status quo) and they will be insane. If this does follow the draft I legit fear for the lives of these justices and their families. These zealots (some might say evil zealots) most likely contain folks willing to "abort" a justice or two in retaliation. Remember, this is the same crowd that contains Antifa, Weather Underground, ALF, ELF, BLM, etc. All groups known to destroy lives and property to advance their cause.

See upthread. They needed time to organize.

Well the libs will never accept that, because they have no principles except whatever it takes to obtain power for themselves and subjugation for their enemies. In their minds, the process is legitimate if it produces outcomes that increase their power, and illegitimate if it does not. Thus they recognize no part of this as legitimate and never will.

As for Indiana, the safe bet is always milquetoast RINOisms. I sincerely doubt any kind of total ban makes it through the legislature.

And, after all, the absolute worst case is Illinois raids the taxpayer coffers to build a whole line of no-questions abortion clinics right along the state border.
