    So do you lace your valleys to save money rather than buying valley tins or is there another reason? I didn't see any "ice and water" barrier there, isn't it code to here in IN to have it for the lower 4 feet or something? I'm not criticizing, that's how I'd do my own, I'm just curious.

    THis is the way we do our valleys. There is Ice & Water shield that we are roofing over. Laced valleys is a reference to weaving both sides of the valley together at the same time. Which isnt the best way in my opnion, it was a step in the progression of roofing from the open cut metal valleys of the past.

    If you are talking about this garbage, that is a mexican roofing crew that tore the roof off and pushed all the roofing of on the deck, plants patio furniture.
