Do not induce facts into this thread.

I don't think a single person even realizes what the kkk is about these days.

Everyone does know the real kkk has not existed since the '80's right?

oh yes .....i'm not for them at all.......just letting those know for those that didn't....

I went to a Klan rally once. In the 80's. In a small town in NC right near the border with VA.

Including me, there were less than 6,000 residents of the county. Under 2,000 in the town.

The Klan bought their permit to parade. One way, from the north end of Main to the south end. (I don't think that was an intentional geographic slight... most of those in the parade lived south of the venue.)

I've seldom been more proud of my heritage.
    Shopkeepers locked their doors.
Locals from 8 to 80 lined the sidewalks in silence.
    We outnumbered the Klan 50:1

A few out-of-town people got a little vocal... until they understood the power of silence. And joined.

It was awesome. Made me proud to be an American.

I'm glad I did it. I hope I never have the occasion to do it again.

Apparently out of all those idiots, someone has a sense of history concerning the Klan. They also supported Prohibition, as well.

Lots of folks in the dry counties of KY, TN and other states continue to support Prohibition. More money to be made by bootlegging...

/Follow the money and all that...
