Chrissy can't remember when or where because her favorite party pastime was to drink until she passed out and couldn't remember the party. I'm not saying that means she deserved what happened to her; I'm saying it explains why she can't remember any details and, likely, can't clearly remember who she was with. She may have convinced herself it was Kavanaugh and she may remember remembering she convinced herself it was him.
If she can't remember where or when, it is unlikely she can truly remember who.

But she only had "one" beer that time.

If it was her Civic duty to testify in front of congress then why doesnt she file a complaint with the Montgomery County Police in Maryland? Both the Police and State Attorney said they would investigate.....I think we know why.

:yesway: I'd like to see a Democrat say, "The sun rises in the east."
I want to see if their tongue catches fire if they speak the truth.

Actually, the sun doesn't "rise" at all. It stays in it's own space in the proximate center of our solar system and has a sidereal rotation period of 24 days.

She does'nt have a criminal case based on the evidence or lack thereof. She knows she would be pushing the boundries by taking it into a criminal investigation. Criminal investigations are based on facts. Apparently facts or lack thereof are an easier hurtle to overcome by playing to emotions in a political arena governed by sympathetic partisan hacks looking to conduct a hit job by any means necessary.

This has made me pro-abortion. The more Leftists that eliminate their own offspring, the better! Remove them from the gene pool. I'm good for a box of coat hangers and some Tylenol, if they need some.

Let's try to avoid such tasteless rhetoric.

I do see what you are saying though. I think someone should have posed the question directly to her and her handlers during the hearings and badgered them about filing a complaint with the Maryland authorities just like all the Dems did with Kavanaugh about calling for an FBI investigation. Put them on the spot and demand an explanation as to why no one has ever called for a criminal investigation conducted by the jurisdictional authorities. Make them provide an answer.

I'm wondering if she's going to triple-down on this. The staffers have the Nuremberg defense (I was following orders) if she plays dumb (is she playing?) I look for Crazy Maxine to push the batcrap crazy bar here.

The answer is C, for conspiracy...

I do like what Ari Fliescher said: “This denial is angry," Fleischer wrote. "This suggests she doesn’t have the temperment to be a Member of Congress. When someone is accused of something they didn’t do, they must not be angry. They must not be defiant. They must not question the motives of the accuser. They must be calm and serene."
