She's talking about drug companies and saying that if the federal government funded the research for the drug, if the drug companies don't play by her rules she'll snatch their patent and take over.

Anyway, it doesn't matter if the press is curious or not, they agree with her. In my way of thinking tho, I really don't want the fed subsidizing pharma research in the first place.
