Some Good News...
My family members are eligible for no interest relief!

Since it isn't their fault, they shouldn't be gouged for interest.

I'll still have to help them out since she's being 'Loaned' out as far as 200 miles from her home base...
AND,
Doesn't know day to day where she will be ordered to 'Report' for duty.

The second bit of good news,
I *Think* they both might have jobs in the private sector, his coast guard contract is up in about 6 weeks, her contract is up in about 3 months.
She's already got offers from General Dynamics (at about 2x the pay & benefits starting out) and it's looking pretty good...
And GD will pay for her ongoing education!
Looks like her doctorate in chemistry won't cost $100,000+

I am truly and sincerely happy for your grand-niece and her husband! I hope they find all the success and happiness that they can wherever they land.

Good link for the NWI area. Seems i would qualify by the dollar amount, but with the hours posted, would have to take a day off work, or at least a few hours. I'll just continue to do my own like i have for the past 20+ years. My taxes are pretty simple to do

Well played. It was a masterful trolling. Probably not suitable for the office of the President, but it takes two to play petty games. And if you're going to play petty games, you might as well be way better than the other at it.
