Plus when is the possession of forbidden pics a no-no?
This is a bit off topic but there have been post and news articles of high schools kids sexting and sending each other nudes which is by definition forbidden pics. So who gets in trouble?

For example.
Student A sends nudes unsolicited to Student B or the teacher.
Are all 3 breaking the law since they have forbidden pictures?
If so how is this fair for Student B or teacher who did not request these images but now have them?

They actually had a talk with us in high school about this. They brought out the school lawyer and everything. Student A is guilty of manufacturing child pornography, Student B or the teacher will not be guilty of possessing it if they immediately turn them in or delete it. But if you just delete it and don't turn them in you can be guilty of obstruction of justice or something like that for not turning student A in. Yeah, an old bald headed lawyer told a bunch of teenagers you need to call the cops if someone sends you nudes, you can imagine how seriously we took that little speech.
