Do they serve Subway in prison? The irony......
Oh there will be footlong jokes and such. Just you watch...
According to the talk radio discussion I just heard, Jared will plead guilty to possession but will also claim that he had no idea he had possession and that he never saw any of it. Supposedly, what the Feds found in his home was on drives related to the charity he founded and the other guy, Taylor, operated. Apparently, he will claim that he took possession of the drives when he fired Taylor but that he never reviewed what was on them.
Could be? Maybe? Not likely?

I believe if he plays that game he won't make the factual and his plea will be rejected. Indiana doesn't have a "no contest" plea. You have to admit you are guilty to plead guilty.
I'm assuming federal charges, but it illegal under state law too. Under federal law, he has to allocute meaning he has to admit to the essential elements of the charge. Don't know under state law, but i assume basically the same.
Under federal law, the sentencing guidelines are very stiff on this.
Why could he not plea under Alford plea.
Ironically, he might want to consider gaining a bunch of weight to become less recognizable...
