Jon and I had a really good talk with one of the fairground staff members here earlier. She is originally from Croatia, got up one morning and found out they lived in Serbia. Lost Everything, moved to Uruguay.

Immigrated to the US then from Uruguay as a Croatian, married a Hoosier while in Florida and is here now.

This is someone who gets it. Someone who understands what is happening in this country, and that if this country falls, the world will follow.

She’s learned about guns from her husband since there were practically no private firearms in Croatia. A reminder of why we can never give up our 2A rights.

I think I saw a band. Lead vocals, guitar, guitar, bass, keyboards, the dude with the circa 1979 sideburns was definitely the drummer.

He always attends the small shows.
He says “give kisses” and the parrot adjusts and does it every time!

Saw one with a completely white face in a dress on the first day. Not sure what she was called. I can't keep track of all the attention seeking, mommy and daddy didn't hug me enough groups out there today
