In response to other threads discussing this new trend, thought it might be interesting to have a place to reference specific businesses requiring this.

Don't know the attorney who wrote that specifically, but I have several friends at that firm, including one of my former partners who I taught "Medicine, Bio-Ethics and the Law" with for 10 years. Knowing what I know, I would assume that they really did their homework before publishing that.

From the article, what a joke:

"Employers should provide information to their employees from reputable authorities like the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and local health authorities."

Two organizations that have admitted they lied to the people during the past year. WTF?

Because the silence is deafening I will ask again; why do you believe them?

At my oldest son's freshman orientation the people in charge behaved badly, like control freaks, causing us to leave. It's not a stretch to see the university demanding and getting what it wants regardless. My advice, college is expensive, send your kids elsewhere.
At a certain point, only maybe Hillsdale won't require it.

If your employer requires it and you have an adverse reaction, is there a workman's compensation claim to be made? Is it a work related injury?
