I am understanding a lot of folks got the big penalty for not having signed up for "O"s insurance idiocy. Checks were also running slow.

I'm not sure it was big enough to really call a refund. I just glad it was a little coming back instead of owing both. Quarterly estimates are increased a bit so we'll see what happens next year.

Maybe I need a tax guy. If I could just dump a shoebox of paper on some CPA's desk, pay them what is probably not a lot more than what my tax prep software costs, I'd probably get it filed pretty soon in the year.

But it's kinda like cleaning toilets. Something some people just put off.

I have'nt spent mine. My $37 combined Fed and State net refund has'nt been direct deposited yet.

I havent filed yet. Still waiting on a K1... whatever that is. The trust people says they can send it whenever they want. That isn't helpful.
