My personal opinion is never say more than what is needed. It's obvious you are not going to wave your gun around. If you have your LTCH then worry nothing of it unless required by law. Right now Indiana has no such law. Other states do so just as we check condition of carry/recipricocity laws we should check right to inform laws as well.
For general knowledge Tennessee has a right to inform law. One must inform the officer at the earliest possible chance.
