So a random person posts something online, which seems suspect to begin with, which is then shown to be more suspect through more posts, with the addition of a prior record that would make most criminals blush, and we're supposed to sympathize with OP. Let's look at his story. Every detail could be spot on, but the cop charged him with driving while suspended. Now the OP is a lying sack of ****, and everyone is going to pile on. Now, we'll drag his record out so everyone can get a good laugh. Of course, we can hide behind the public record excuse so we can continue to bully him. Great idea!

How many times do we hear, "I wasn't there, so I'm not going to make any judgement"? Obviously, that's a one way street.

You must really screw up with the law a lot. I just searched the court records. Below is the extensive list of criminal violations I have found. This isn't including all of the civil suits that have been filed against you.

3 times-driving while suspended
3 times-expired plates
1 time-seatbelt
1 time-ran stop sign
Ok so the guy doesn't like goofy motor vehicle laws .
3 times-marijuana possession
1 time-felony possession of a controlled substance
1 time-illegal possession of alcohol
1 time-public intoxication
1 time-dealing marijuana/hash oil

1 time-resisting and fleeing law enforcement
So what ! Who likes talking to cops ?

A couple of the defendants in these cases live at the same address and have the exact same name, but have a birthday that is one year off. I suspect that these are also the OP, but they were entered incorrectly into the computer.

Criminals deserve public shaming.

If any of his charges are felonies that prohibit him from owning firearms, I hope the police use the contents of his profile here to develop probable cause for being a felon in possession of firearms, then obtain a warrant and search his house.

Fact: Emile Humbert has an extensive criminal record. One can logically assume that he is, by all accounts, a criminal.

Too bad the cop bashers didn't get their nut on this one.
