I was always told to answer C when the right answer wasn't obvious. But, C, in this case was certainly the least likely, so I went top down. It looked like you can vote for all 3, but I didn't test that theory. Wish I had.

Yes, you can select all three and the way they are worded, they are somewhat mutually exclusive (ie: you had at least three incidents). In that case, I'd have to ask where you are located to warn everyone to keep away.
