Sell stuff I no longer need. Work extra hours. Save every penny I can. ReSell stuff I get cheap. Sell stuff I fix. Flip the occasional used car. Mostly I just keep saving till I see something I really want.

I've said this before. I am 67 years old and still working full-time... primarily because if/when I quit working my wife will have a laundry list of projects for me to do. I find it easier to keep working and pay someone else to do her projects. She is not extravagant, so I have plenty of money left over for guns/ammo/range time. Been pondering a Kimber K6s lately. Can't decide DASA or DAO, but it will be 3-inch. If I buy one, that is. I already have a 4" 686+, so most likely the DAO. For right now, I'm still finishing off my LCP (original).
