I know a guy that actually has one of those. I don't know if he ever carries it but he showed it to me one time--I think I actually made it through that encounter without laughing. (He was quite proud of it).

Did you do your first permit application before L1 finger printing? Ya know, did you do print cards? It could be a situation where you'd need to give them a call and do it over the phone.

Yeah. He's a good guy. I wouldn't intentionally do anything to that I thought would offend him. But it was one of those situations kind of like when a proud parent shows you a picture their child did -- it's hideous but you don't dare say it...you just do the best you can to be polite and cordial.

I did print cards and I'm in the database

I did print cards back in 2008. It took a couple of days to find my application, but I was able to apply for duplicate on 10/07.

I did the address change online several weeks ago in anticipation of ordering the new plastic. My status is still showing as pending. WTH? I thought the address change would be a simple endeavor.
