Frankly, when the Founders penned the 1st Amendment, I'm sure they were thinking of rational sentient citizens, and not the freakshow America is becoming.


But, if you like the current hot mess that passes for America in the bluer regions, you can have your hot mess. Don't sweat it, no one is coming to take away your freedom of speech. (Unless it's the Kiddie Korps Red Gardistas on the university campuses.)

But it has become glaringly obvious that our rights are looked at differently just as evidenced by some of the posts in this thread.
