As with most things... 'it depends'.


The more they are needed, the more likely a rule will be set aside.
Also, depends on the skill set, and the time since discharge.
A highly trained spec op that was let go in the last two years will be brought back more quickly than a nuke bomb tech that was discharged 20 years ago.

This is why people need to take the threat democrats pose more seriously.
