Grasping what Israel is up against as it relates to area is pretty wild.

Israel is roughly the size of New Jersey, which is 4.5 times smaller than Indiana. Around 9.4M people live in Israel while 6.85M in Indiana.

At it's narrowest, Israel is nine miles wide - or Zionsville to Carmel.

At it's widest, Haifa to the Golan Heights, Israel is around 70 miles wide - or Terre Haute to Indianapolis.

Gaza City to Haifa is around 108 miles - or Trafalgar to Peru.

Jerusalem, on the west edge of the West Bank is about 40 miles from the Mediterranean Sea - or Cloverdale to Indianapolis.

Conversely, Iran (if overlayed on the US) essentially fills a triangle between Chicago, Denver and Mobile Alabama, and stretching into southeastern Montana with Tehran somewhere around 100 miles west of Lincoln, Nebraska.

It's a helluva lot going on in not a lot of room.

Regarding the flooding of the tunnels with seawater.

What are the odds that Israel "accidentally" contaminates the groundwater and begs for relief supplies?
I love the idea of flooding the tunnels. But that saltwater has to go somewhere eventually. And I'm afraid it will be in the underground aquifers, contaminating the drinking water for the country/region.

And people act like these missiles are coming across a country, and thinking of a country our size.
    Nope.
They're able to reach across the country, cause it's not that far across.

I think when I went from Tel Aviv to Haifa, it was ... 2 to 4 hours.
    Dang.
    I don't remember.

    Memory sucks.

And I lost track of the original comment. Maybe it wasnt even here.
But those that say that Israel is committing genocide, they are wrong.

True genocide would be the Israelis killing every Palestinian they see, regardless of whether they think they are militia/Hamas or not, and not bothering to issue safe zones. (no matter how small or ineffective they are)
