You are now in a fantasy world just like ours except:

    1. You do not own a shotgun but want one to hunt, shoot trap, skeet, & sporting clays
    2. God will give you one shotgun of your choosing (brand, caliber, style, etc.) for your lifetime
    3. Your shotgun will never break
    4. All shotguns "know" their owners. God has made it impossible for any shotgun to be fired by anyone BUT it's owner (so no trading with buddies).

    What do you ask for?

    I'm thinking a Browning 12 gauge Field Grade with a 28" barrel.

If God is handing out unbreakable shotguns, does it really matter?

God already let me borrow his firery sword for all of my pheasant hunting, and that's an 11-87. When that shotgun points at a bird, the bird dies. In a heavenly perfect world I'd have my 11-87 and it would never need cleaned and even though it hasn't yet it would continue to never jam.

If shtf and I have to grabone that I know will work everytime, I'm taking my 18" 870.

It looks like the traditional O/U is clearly the minority here. At least in a crowd everyone will know who I am. The old white bearded guy with an Italian O/U. Like my Ferrari Red 1000 yard competition rifle. It kind of stuck out in a crowd. I guess I am hopelessly addicted, there is a Caesar Guerini Magnus O/U calling my name these days.
