Of all the crap we buy, firearms is on the very short list of stuff that holds it's value after I purchase it. Almost everything else is worthless the moment we unpackage it. For this reason I consider them more of an investment of capitol than an expense.

Mine just usually laughs at me when I walk in with a eating grin carrying a new case.

There was only one time she got a little mad (said I was spending too much on MY hobbies)....she ended up with a new camcorder.
