They already did this crap with the covid. Instead of homeless it was deadbeats that signed leases but didn't have to fulfill their legal obligation.

Wait, maybe next I can pay for people that took out student loans and then wont pay them back.

My kids were fortunate enough to get thru college with no student loans. Wait, actually my oldest is getting her masters... maybe she can default on that. I mean I paid for the other college so why not this one.
