Which begs the question, why have we not developed drone submarines that can navigate septic systems? Entire populations would be forced to p*ss and defecate outdoors out of fear of taking a missile up the hoo-ha. Utter chaos.

Well.....after all, modern rules for warfare call for keeping it all nice and tidy.

Can't tolerate any kind of messiness, don't ya' know.

Well, my wife did blow up my crapper at the cabin but I've told that story before, I think.

In response to the BDS movement the Regular Session of the 89thTexas Legislature in 2017 passed, and the Governor signed into law, House Bill 89. It says the State of Texas will not boycott Israel with any of its actions and will not contract with anyone who does.

The official Legislature summary of the Bill:

House Bill 89 amends the Government Code to prohibit a state agency or political subdivision from entering into a contract with a company for goods or services unless the contract contains a written verification from the company that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. The bill requires the comptroller of public accounts to prepare, maintain, and provide to the permanent school fund and certain retirement systems a list of all companies that boycott Israel. The bill provides for the divestment of certain assets the permanent school fund or any such retirement system holds in a listed company that does not cease boycotting Israel within a specified timeframe, exempts certain investments from divestment under specified conditions, prohibits the fund or an applicable retirement system from acquiring securities of a listed company, and establishes certain reporting requirements for the fund and systems. The bill authorizes the attorney general to bring any action necessary to enforce the prohibition on investment in companies that boycott Israel.

An individual “Palestinian U. S. Citizen“ who worked as a speech pathologist and had contracts with Plugerville school district sued claiming 1st Amendment violation. A federal district court judge granted an injunction until the lawsuit could be heard. During this time the 2019 Texas Leg modified the law to exclude “sole proprietorships” from the requirement. Texas AG appealed the trial court injunction to 5th circuit, which tossed the case (and a few other similar ones) since plaintiff no longer had standing.

There are about 38 states with anti-BDS laws or executive orders.
