Maybe, maybe not. Plenty of Americans suffer from poor grammer, punctuation, and rely on spell check to catch their misspelling. Software doesn't cure everything.
Instead, look at the picture and contemplate the words. My opinion only. I don't trust much from a single source anymore and it doesn't matter what the source is.
