Feds coming for privately-owned silver coins

My understanding is that they are basing their actions on the coins having the word 'dollar' on them. The hell of it is that I don't think it specifies 'US dollar'. If the word 'dollar' is all it takes, then aren't the two dozen other countries who call their currency the 'dollar' also guilty of the same?
