a double barrel 50 caliber Flintlock.
Very Versitile with the use of Shot, balls or mini balls.
I would be able to make some kind of powder to use it with in a pinch
and they can't make lead and flint illegal:)

Commifornia is working really hard on the lead.

If I had to choose only one of my guns to keep it would be my 1st generation Walther P99. It was a gift from my wife and a complete surprise. My dream gun when they first came out in the late 90s. My wife is German why not my handgun. It is a beautiful firearm that I only carry on special occasions.

probably go with a AR in .308

big enough to kill any game ( I know it would not be legal, but in a one gun world who cares) also would easy to pack around and great defense if need be.

I will have to pick my AR. Like said above in a one gun world who cares about concealing it. Works from close quarters to 500 yards and beyond easy enough. Carries easy, reliable, capacity and durable to the elements.

Remember the handgun is used to fight your way back to your rifle which you should have never left in the first place.

Saiga AK. There are several rifle calibers and shot gun guages as possible choices.

My second choice would be an AR lower, as mentioned earlier.

AR-15. Infinatly modifiable and upgradable. One gun can become just about anything from 22 to 50bmg buy removing 2 pins... (and putting on a new upper of course)

My Remington 870...Just about the most reliable and versatile gun there is! December issue of SWAT magazine has a fun article on this venerable pump.

I would have to go with my Remington 870 express supermag. The most versitle gun around. Slugs, duck, phesant, defense, anything you ask it will do it

I'd have to echo the Remington 870... From Birdshot to Buckshot to Slugs... It's the most versatile..
