    I've got this as my FB status right now.

    Bradford Place Apartments in Bloomington allegedly has a policy that allows their maintenance people to go through the personal belongings of their tenants during routine inspections. I'm aware of a pending eviction as a result of this alleged practice. Anyone know if this is true or not?

    By now I'm probably being a pain the the A** about this but please pay heed, you may be and probably are right in this matter, however you are not going to win a law suite in the Peoples Republic of Bloomington on this matter.
    Even if you can find a local lawyer to represent you it just won't work.

    Your only hope is to get the American Civil Liberties Union to take the case. Good luck with that.

    umm, he could always sue the management company which is not in BRoB. and also this is a little different than suing over not getting your deposit back.
