I'm a native American. I was born here, dad was born here, his dad was born here, his dads dad was born here....on and on for more than 10 generations...so what's it take to get some native american benefits?

    Just asking.

Be careful what you ask for.

Government's "help" for Native American's has included nearly wiping out vast populations, taking their land and crowding them onto reservations plauged with poverty and high rates of alcoholism.

I'll let the government keep their "benefits", thank you.

Quit your job, shirk all responsibility, don't give a **** for anything, repeat "this country owes me" three times, and stick out your hand.:D I'm guessing topash has been on the government payroll for quite a while, so he really doesn't care if it's obama, or any other anti American he votes for, as long as he gets his "fair share".

Just wondering, when is Ron Paul ever come off as a confused old man? Every interview and debate I seen him on he is quick with his answers, keeps his answers the same and not just what he thinks people want to hear, and in my opinion has very good solutions. Anyways just wondering how you think he comes off as a confused old man.

I watched the debates. Several times when asked a question, he started giving a response that had little or nothing to do with the question. When they re-focused him, he seemed confused. That was my take.

My family has been in the US since before it was the US. Closing in on 300 years of my family in this country, not counting the mixed Indian blood in us.

if your definition of horrible is that which is not perfect, how in the world will you ever be able to consider an otherwise good candidate anything but horrible? Because there is no such thing as a perfect candidate. Perfection is not a character trait of humans. Paul comes close, but even he's not perfect. So does that make him "so far down" or just "a little bit down?" And would you still consider him "horrible" because he's not perfect?

That isn't my definition of horrible. I'm thinking horrible to mean anyone who is willing to undermine the will of the people for their own benefit, someone who intends to restructure things the way they want, or any other of a million ways to think of someone being a horrible president. No one is perfect, but there are lots of people who would not be classed as horrible. My point was that Palin would be as damaging to this country as Obama has been. Perhaps in an indirect manner.

Bush did some bad things, but you can attribute far more "bad" to him if you count the fact that large numbers of people got a bad taste in their mouths from the GOP and wanted a "change". You see where that got us. If the GOP would put up someone who is slightly more moderate, you could sway the majority in favor while not pissing off people on the ends to the point of just wanting revenge during the next election. A good president will look to the good of the whole. It's not in his best interest to pass gun control because he pisses us off. It's not in his best interest to abolish the ATF because he'll **** the libs off. Just because someone agrees with our particular point of view doesn't mean he'd make a good president. It's more complex than that.

Between Satan and fearless leader, I have more respect for Satan.

Satan is very up front about his final goals. We only deceive ourselves into thinking his intent is anything else.

fearless leader, on the other hand, exercises an active deceit.

What are you talking about? Satan and our fearless leader are one. Our fearless leader was very forthcoming and up front about his goals before he was elected King of the World. He said we would have high gas prices, electricity rates would skyrocket (coming soon to a bill near you with the new EPA regs). He promised change, and change is what you got and about all you have left in your pockets. Don't you see? 50 million Americans on food stamps. 49% percent of all babies born on public assistance. He wants to spread the wealth, what the F' do you call OBAMACARE? And if he can't spread the rest of the wealth he'll just destroy it.

I personally can't wait for the creation of the civilian military force myself. That one is coming. And when he gets voted out of office next year and doesn't leave...

Oh, I forgot about the US's credit rating. What do you expect when you put the country's finances in the hands of a crackhead from the south side of Chicago?

You people who voted for him got exactly what he said he was going to give you, and it ain't over yet.

BTW, he making more and more people comfortable with the idea that government exists to provide for citizens, not it's true purpose, to uphold liberty. These types of believers tend to live hand to mouth and never prepare for anything. Always reacting, never planning. It is going to be an ugly bloodbath in this country when they try the same crap that happened in England a couple weeks ago.

Im completely on DHaines level ... I voted for Obama, and the main reason was because of McCains VP choice. Once she started "trying" to make jokes at the vp debate i was through with her.

Honestly i dont know, and havent heard, what McCain would have done differently than Obama. The only difference i can see if McCain is elected, would be that we would have a VP that thinks she would be good with foreign affairs, because she can see Russia from her house, thinks Africa is a country, etc etc etc. How someone as airheaded as Palin or the new Palin, Miss pray the gay away Bachman, even get the oppertunity to run and be so well known to actually get people to v ote for them, is beyond me.

Until there is some accountability in Washington, i dont see myself voting again. I dont think if a candidate can deliver what he runs on, he should resign simple as that. To say anything to get elected, and not do ANY of it, pisses me off above all else.

    Please. Stay home next November.

I did not vote for BHO. To answer your question - after witnessing him in action since Jan. 09 nothing, and I mean nothing he could do or say could ever coerce me into voting for him.

His agenda and proposed policies were crystal clear before the votes were counted in Nov. 08. There were no surprises. As others have said, America is done if he isn't defeated in '12. Our very survival depends upon it. I believe it will be the most important election in the history of the US.

God Bless America, Seal Teams 10 & 6. RIP brave warrior patriots.

While exercising my right to vote during the last election,
I did not cast my vote his direction.

My one vote is worth far to much to me to cast it towards a
socialist community organizer with no regards to the
Constitution or what it stands for.

I have seen enough Hope & Change to last me a lifetime.

My unborn Grandchildren will question me on how this 1-person could change the course of the Greatest Nation in such a short amount of time.

Keep him on vacation and out of the White House.

    We can't live on Change.

I did not vote for Obama... but I will not be voting for Bachmann, Perry, or Romney either.

If the GOP wants to beat Obama, they better come up with a better candidate...

I will likely vote for Paul if he is still in the election, but I have my doubts that the conservative elites will be willing to back him.

No, you should have voted for him so you would not have Obama, simple as that.

I think i'd rather have the turd sandwich as prez, you can vote for the douche.

Like others and myself have said, Obamas VP choice was a hell of alot better than McCains. And not just with the history of the candidate.

Can you even imagine what Palin would be like as VP? that is if she didnt quit and run away to make more money writing a book or doing a reality show....

Its not my fault that pretty much what, 75% of the US was so tired of Bush and republicans by the end of Bushes term(s) you couldnt have payed us to vote republican.

Hell No! Nothing will change till we limit the terms for elected officials. Holding all citizens accountable for their own well being would a good idea also.
