    1. That depends on what you believe.

    2. A God that would damn a good man to hell for not wanting to live the last ~40 years of his life in complete silent darkness is no God I'd want to associate with.

    I believe that a loving God would understand and account for mitigating circumstances. Though I also understand that many people are merely selfish, as they demonstrate already.

    I also believe this is getting real close to a religious discussion and suggest we stop talking about what God might do before This thread gets closed and erased.:)
