I've called every friday for the last 5-6 weeks and they say it's 'Still at review'

Getting frustrated!

How long have you been waiting? If you're in the 12 week range or above I'm sure a friendly and polite call in which you inform them of the IC that gives them 60 days and ask if you can speak to a supervisor would resolve it pretty quick. The ISP firearms division is fairly helpful from what I have gathered.

I'm going on 5 months! Probably only 2 months in 'Review'. Do you know IC or general location of the code that states this? I understand they are swamped, but 5 months from cashing a check is a bit rough.

LTCH issued yesterday!!!! FINALLY!!!! L1, Morgan county, Dec 14th, issued Feb 4th. Time to get my concealment holsters for my G21's!!!!!

Is it just me or am I the only one that feels as if everyday I go to work, then come home, and hope and pray my decoder ring is in the mail! Sigh...LTCH... where are you?

I applied, going to L-1 appointment Friday. Guess I'll be getting it sometime in June.

Judging by recent posts, the current wait going L-1 seems to be about 7 weeks. If that holds, you SHOULD get yours around the end of March or the beginning of April. Of course, YMMV!

I'll do my dillegence and wait to bother them until Friday. I will however ask to talk to a higher up and politely bring up the IC and ask if there is any information I can provide to help make their decision.

I'll update Friday.

I Wish they would fix the recording and be a little more honest. Don't know why they say 4 weeks when it's gonna be at least 8.

No record, just a few speeding tickets.
Everything was done electronic.
Was told this morning that they haven't even started on it yet.
The nice lady said they are 8 weeks behind.

Just called today and was told my permit was issued two days ago! Didn't come today. Should get it tomorrow or Friday.

Total time: 14 weeks to the day for issuing, and 14 1/2 weeks for receipt of permit.

Im curious since my LTCH has been issued but isn't in my hand yet (in the mail on its way up to me), can I legally carry? I know you don't NEED to carry the slip with you at all times but its highly recommended so I was curious if I could with it in the mail.
