    Seems that the consensus is that people that applied around March are getting theirs, so 3 months give or take right now. Looks like I'll be getting mine sometime in September

    I just posted yesterday saying it will be 21 weeks on Friday.

    That wait is now over. Issued 17 June. Received today!

    20 weeks total and I'm part of the Bad Citizen Club with a misdemeanor.

    It appears that the wait for L1 is now getting shorter and the wait for Non-L1 is staying the same or longer. The wait should become shorter as time goes on and the influx of apps from the rush/panic are taken care of. Once ISP gets through February on the apps, Non-L1's will get done quicker until they are all but gone due to the state going L1 only now.

    I sincerely hope this works out for her, but I don't like the sound of it.

    Did you check with IMPD and see when they transmitted her app ? I believe you said Marion County, right ?

    Yes, Jan.11, 2013 at the City County Building in downtown Indy.
    We did the application on-line and got the number and then went downtown for the finger printing and to submit the money orders and got the recepts.
