    Applied online Feb. 14th, did L1 on Feb. 15th. Paid local PD on Feb. 15th. Police chief approved on Feb. 15th. Was told upfront at PD that it would be at least 8 weeks. "Good things come to those who wait" .

    My range of wait times told to me are: police chief said 2 weeks, L1; 2 months, non-L1, then after I paid my local fee he said "check your mailbox in about 4 weeks". ISP told me go 14 weeks after your money order is cashed and that should be close." If I haven't gotten it in 12 weeks I'll check with them, but if I don't get it in 16 weeks I won't be surprised.

    We are currently issuing handgun license if you have utilized the inkless fingerprinting option in 8 weeks and 15 weeks if you have been fingerprinted by your local authority and mailed in.

    Hmmm, tomorrow will be 8 weeks to the day for my renewal done L1.

    You know what urks me... Everyone says it because of sandy hook that these are taking so long. I say, ok? so how come I applied 2 months before sandy hook, and im still waiting?

    Serious question.. So dont pick me to lash out at for "*****ing"

    Submitted my paperwork electronically it was processed on Nov. 26. Received my little pink card in the mail on the 9th!!!!!! Now I can exercise my constitutional right
