That's a valid point. Iceberg never seems to get recalled. Why is that?

Dad always liked bib lettuce (for eating - I never saw him use it for an actual bib). I though it was nasty. Unless you like fuzzy lettuce.

I think there is absolutely no nutritional value in Iceberg. e.Coli couldn't survive. They'd live longer on a 2 x 4.

I was actually surprised to learn that Wendy's uses Romaine on their burgers and in their salads during the last recall. I always assumed it was iceberg like most fast food places.

And, are we talking the filter medium itself, or a properly fitted and worn respirator?

People don't seem to realize that these percentages go right out the window when the PPE is worn incorrectly. Anything that allows airflow anywhere but through the filter medium (whether a cotton handkerchief or an N95 respirator) will see the filter medium efficiency drop to near zero.

So in other words you're saying that nearly 100% of particles will be breathed in? Do you have some studies for that?
