I remember "terrorizing" the neighborhood on one of these. It was a friend of mines, but he shared it.

We were well known for putting 50cc motorcycle engines on these complete with the gear box.
Many a bruise and stiches were the results.
The best one was the mac 10 off my race kart on one of those. Yup, ambulance ride. Not for me but the fella that absolutely had to have it.
