Boycott Dick's, Wal-Mart, Cheaper than Dirt

I did buy 4 30 rd mags from Cheaper Than Dirt today because they were ALL sold out at local gun stores.

I live in Greenfield and I always go through the sporting goods even when I'm not buying. I was in there today and it looked like all the .223 AR's were gone (as opposed to the .22 lookalikes) and a lot of ammo was gone also. They only had Sigs and Colts to the best of my knowledge. I don't believe it was because they put them away. Shucks, Highsmith, down St. Rd. 9 didn't have more than 1 or 2 black rifles left and I'm pretty certain that they haven't quit selling them.

Walmart has said they are not quitting selling AR style rifles, they are just sold out.

I was in the Greenfield Walmart last night and somebody was buying 2 colts and there was a colt in the rack still, plus a few more in back, those must have went this morning.

CtD is going to resume sales soon, they just didn't to evaluate policy, or so they said. It looks like most policies they had before will stay the same.

I won't be shopping at Dick's. Never liked them anyway. While CTD was reevaluating their policy I reevaluated my buying policy and decided not to do business with them anymore.

I won't use DSP or CTD again. I try to give Walmart very little business but some things I just have to buy there.

Why Walmart? Haven't heard them make any statements about not selling guns and caving.

They actually made a statement that said they stand with law abiding gun owners and the 2nd Amendment. They said they'd continue to sell ARs.

Good lord man! $100 per magazine? I placed an order yesterday for 6 Israeli mags for $6 more shipped, $106 total. They will be here in a week or so.
