His general attitude being displayed. Just showing all those who think he might be with out fault here that he is an A$$hat.

If you had been in prison since April 2013, I'll bet you would be flipping your finger also. Guilty or not.

Let's use evidence and logic to make decisions. This snapshot is neither.

    Yes, it is. Character.

I see where you are coming from but also know that this is an indicator of who he is or at least part of his character.

This is evidence to that fact not to the fact he and his POS brother blew up the finish line. That is already a given. Now they are just showing who this PAK really is.

And I would not be in prison as I do not make bombs and blow innocent folks up for absolutely no reason.

Even if they did, there's a long road and possible moratorium between now and then.

I don't. But feeling sorry for someone that participated in the murder of three people and the wounding of hundreds more isn't logical. He made his bed, he can lay in it.

I don't feel sorry for him, and my comment would apply whether he was a shoplifter or a terrorist. The photo has no context and is irrelevant to a sentencing. The prosecutors are attempting to arouse a emotional reaction.

I was simply appealing to INGO to think logically about justice.

I would relax, ram, he is too cute to kill. I doubt if a Massachusetts jury recommends the hot shot.

His appearance should not play any role in this process.

Moratorium? You think so? Because Obama would not the USA be seen to the Middle East as killing a Muslim? What's the basis for saying "possible moratorium"?

It does and it will. Hotness is a vital mitigator at times.

    Political expediency.

Can't say, "We can't execute him because heez soooo hotz."

Can't say, "We can't execute him because we don't want to incite more violence with martyrdom." (Although some are saying that.)

Can't say, "We can't execute him because we don't like the death penalty."

But they can say, "We have serious concerns about the application of the death penalty on a large scale. Moreover, the effects of the drug interactions are not fully understood and can sometimes lead to a tortuous execution that would be unconstitutional. So, we have decided on a moratorium to study these issues in sufficient detail to be comfortable to proceed. We are today announcing a bipartisan blue-ribbon commission made up of 38 democrats and the 6 republicans who have gone on the record as being against the death penalty on religious grounds. They will conduct a 7 year, comprehensive study...."

    Blah blah blah

Keep this up and someone is going to accuse you of heading his fanclub...

One more doctor's son from Pakistan getting busted at Purdue and I get on the board of directors of the fan club. Doesn't matter, I am already on DHS's permanent watchlist for having the secretaries deliver coffee to the FBI warwagons and vans snooping on Purdue after 9/11.

He sure got a purdy mouth, he'll get along just fine in prison life.

He should have died in that boating accident though....

If the jury decides to kill him, he'll most likely be moving to Terre Haute and become a fellow Hoosier.

Tim McVeigh wasn't there very long, I doubt this guy will be either.

Jusy make him the target holder at a Meet & Shoot.
Might be a record for the most attended one in INGO history.

Good, then we will have better attendance, cause it will be closer.
