If I'm in the left lane and already doing 85 in a 60, don't get on my bumper, just use the right lane to go around. Why do I have to move over just so you can stay in the left lane. [you = the guy behind me]

The left lane is for passing, not for speeding. If you are not PASSING get TF out of the way.

People who cannot drive around a curve on an Interstate highway. Specifically the ones that either slow down to 10 MPH under the posted speed, and those that can't drive in a single lane while navigating the curve. We also have those that go 10 MPH below the posted speed, and use 2 lanes.
