After having dinner this past Monday at Bub's Burgers in Carmel (not the first time), I got to thinking about how I can never order anything but a burger there because they are so darn good!

I can't put a finger on exactly why its so good, but it is.

What would you consider to be the best burger in Indiana?

The Brick, in Jonesville In. It is in an old post office/ Train Depot, you must be 21 to enter. They serve beer and donot have a family dining area. Big burgers deluxe are $3.00 and the beer is really cold.

Man vs Food, on Food Network did a spot on that place. I hear its awesome. Need to go.

Personally, I think (one of) the best burgers around is the Bedda Chedda Burger at Granite City Brewery, at 96th & Meridian.

Went there one time on the recommendation of a friend. I don't think they have plates. My burger was brought out on wax paper but it sure was good. :rockwoot:

I just had a buck double from the king......... For a buck its hard to get any better.......

But ya if you want a real burger, its has to be home raised beef (the beef feed is a secret ingredient), coated with a secret ingredient, slow cooked over a hickory wood fire, and served on homemade buns, complete with homegrown ingredients. But then again I have to say the best one ive ever had was at a friends place up in Michigan so not even in Indiana..........

Hi I'm Delmar and I'm a porkoholic! I like to mix ground sausage with my hamburger before I throw it on the grill! After all shouldn't a hamburger be made of ham?
