Who's to say that that wasn't the desired effect? Kill off the old people, improve the debt dynamics of the entitlement system and replace the dying old with migrants

If one looks at the goals/problems facing those involved it makes some logical sense. China has a huge burden with an over abundance of seniors due to the one child policy and killing off the girls. The US obviously wanted a bioweapon and could also see benefits from the reduction in seniors.

Glad I survived the attack. I plan on living until I get every penny back from Social Security that my employers and I were forced to put into it. I checked the Social Security web site; I have to hang on until I'm 91 years old to accomplish that. Of course, that's still an interest-free loan that I gave to the Feds for 50 years.
