2nd package, different facility. I guess Chief McManus didn't get the memo.

Hours after the explosion, police sent a bomb squad to a FedEx facility outside Austin's main airport to check on a suspicious package that was reported shortly before sunrise.

Investigators also closed off an Austin-area FedEx store where they believe the bomb that exploded was shipped to the distribution center. Authorities roped off a large area around the shopping center in the enclave of Sunset Valley.

The first explosion unfolded on March 2, killing 39-year-old Anthony Stephan House after a "device" exploded on the front porch of his Austin home. The blast was investigated initially as a suspicious death, and later as a homicide.
Ten days later, a similar incident was reported just 12 miles from House's home. A 17-year-old, identified as Draylen Mason, was killed and his mother was injured after a package exploded inside their home.
Hours after the second explosion occurred, police reported a third blast, confirming that at least one elderly woman was injured.
The night of March 18, around 8:30 p.m., a fourth explosion -- possibly triggered by a trip wire -- occurred. Two men in their 20s suffered non-life threatening injuries in the blast, including one who had nails in his leg, according to KVUE-TV.

Another device exploded early March 20 at a FedEx ground distribution facility in Schertz, Texas, injuring one person.

There's word going around that the person(s) may have been seen by a camera.

With as many people that have those "Ring" doorbells or just good old-fashioned cameras at their homes, I can't see the responsible party getting away totally unseen!

It wasn't a bomb, it was an incendiary device at the Goodwill. I'm sure the guy in the hospital feels much better about that.

Thanks! That TOTALLY clears it up!

Mission Oriented Protective Posture 4. Full chemical warfare gear, gas mask, gloves, rubber boots. Type MOPP 4 into a search engine.

Post attack assessment/Base Recovery After Attack Team (BRAAT). Venture out carefully looking for unexploded ordnance, damage to buildings and equipment, presence of chemical agents. For UXO we'd evacuate buildings within a certain distance and do our best to identify the type of bomb/missile/rocket/mortar/etc.
