Testify against does not equal "Prosecutors would have linked Ashe to the Clinton bagman Ng". He was indicted with him as co-defendant.
No one yet can provide a direct link between Ashe and Clinton (besides a publicity photo of them shaking hands), let alone a source saying he was going to testify against her at his trial.
The tinfoil is strong with this one.
