My thoughts are that if you were responsible enough to save the $$$ up to build the rifle in a short amount of time, that you should also save enough money up to buy the aimpoint micro.

It sounds like you are gonna have quite the machine when you are all done. You'll definately have to post some new picks when you get all your new accessories!

I also tried the Magpul MOE Illumination Kit, but the Streamlight pressure switch doesn't fit either of the pressure switch mounts that the kit comes with (my own AR-ignorant fault for having to learn that the hard way).

I bought mine at Bradis, but Amazon has the same setup:

CTD has a similar light, but no mount included:

I ended up using the included two-sided tape to adhere the pressure switch to the hand guard. Not thrilled with it, but it works.
