"Ogre" (Dean) visited Quentin Defense on Saturday and got us a few more nice pics of the lowers after tumbling and bead blasting. These are going to be some very nice lowers!

Yes, I got the a mount from LaRue Tactical. about half the weight too. A must have in my opinion.

Just an FYI, many would consider your cantelever mount to be backwards, but if it works for you, go with it!

That is actually the way that the Walther red-dots come from the factory. It seems to work out alright for me, so I never bothered flipping it around. It is changeable, but I kind of like the look how it it is now

Added a Magpul MOE MVG to my S&W M&P 15 MOE this week. Wanted a VFG but didn't want to add rail sections or spend that much money on a VFG. The MVG locks tight to the MOE hand guard. Even though it's a hollow plastic vertical grip it still feels solid.

I like the grip, and like the "black and tan" look. My M&P15 is wearing similar colors.
