Well, now that they are looking for a "third" San Bernadino shooter, maybe the FBI will use that as more leverage against Apple. "We know he's still out there planning, and the only way to get him is to hack the phone"!

so if they fail to comply, who goes to jail? it would be an amazing Spartacus moment if the entire staff capable of doing it said "screw you" and held out their wrists collectively.

I can see it now. This goes to court, then the SCOTUS.

Democrats: "SCOTUS is tied 4-4 on this! WE NEED TO CONFIRM OBAMA'S JUSTICE CHOICE SOON OR A TERRORIST WILL KILL US. REPUBLICANS WANT TERRORISTS TO KILL YOU."

Trump's constant calls for boycotts against companies he disagrees with demonstrate his instinct to punish dissent. Awful trait for a POTUS.

Glimpse into a Trump presidency: Boycott, Sue, Nasty Rants, Boycott, Sue, Nasty Rants, etc.

Tomorrow: "I didn't mean boycott Apple. Apple's great. I love Apple. I have good friends at Apple, they love me, they know me, I work with Apple all the time, they love my hotels. Apple is a good business, and I'm a good businessman. No one needs to boycott Apple."

Surprising how little effort you need to read this in his tone/voice.
