At some point she’s gonna have to produce some results to back all those false premises.

One can talk about all of thier dreamy socialist utopian ideas but if they only lead to non binding resolutions at best then all they are is empty talk.

But a certain percentage will still keep voting for that empty talk because it just sounds so darn good no matter what practicality has to say about the implementation there of.

AOC is very much the fruit of what the society created when these kids were raised. They think the whole plan deserves a medal just as all their sports and science projects did in school. They were raised with unearned self esteem and confidence that is on full display in this thread. Sad thing is, she will never have to produce results as more and more young indoctrinated reach the age to vote and will be impressed by her confidence and intrqued by the free stuff.

Anyone that thinks she is a fool is missing the point. She and the rest of the totalitarians are anything but fools. They are working a plan and if you dismiss them as fools they win.

AOC and the rest of the totalitarians are evil. They may not think they are evil but what they seek surely is - power over people which always leads to dehumanization, murder, starvation, misery and the like.

AOC is simply a symptom of what a generation of leftists believe. Thankfully, her entire generation is not leftists.

However, those who do ACTUALLY BELIEVE that if they don't take drastic, economy killing, authoritarian action on "climate change" we'll all be dead and the earth will permanently damages in a very short time.

This is what is truly dangerous. They are willing to sacrifice everything for this, at best, overblown catastrophe in the making. The REALLY believe it.

Her statement above says: if you don't like what I have proposed, come up with a better solution. I have one. The free market. When (and if) there is ACTUALLY a problem, the market will solve it IF WE LET IT.

Don't want to burn fossil fuels for electricity? Get government out of the way and lets build some nuclear power plants. Want more electric cars? Make electricity cheaper (see the sentence just before).

Food shortage? Don't be absurd. There is none. The only populations who starve to death are the ones where their totalitarian leaders will not let the market function and who even hold aid hostage to control the hungry. The Earth has plenty of food for the foreseeable future.
